Bivio is a personal project by Andrei Negura. This page explains, in plain language, what data this website handles, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Andrei Negura, based in Italy. For anything related to your data, write to hello@bivioitaly.com.

What we collect, and why

• Quiz answers — your relocation stage and the answers you choose (including the optional "go deeper" step). Used to understand where you are in the journey and tailor the guidance you receive.
• Email address and first name (optional) — collected only if you submit the final step of the quiz, and only with your explicit consent (the checkbox you tick). Used to send you guidance relevant to your stage. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Technical server logs — our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

That's it. No profiling, no advertising trackers, and your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own use.

Where your data lives, and for how long

Quiz submissions are stored on our hosting provider's servers, which act as a data processor on our behalf. We keep your email and answers until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can request deletion at any time at the address above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can, at any time:

• ask for a copy of the data we hold about you (access);
• correct it (rectification) or have it deleted (erasure);
• restrict or object to how it's used;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent — without affecting what happened before.

To exercise any of these, email hello@bivioitaly.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no local storage. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is loaded from third-party services while you browse. That's why you don't see a cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

Links to other services

The site links to external services — the Bivio Telegram community and, optionally, AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). If you follow those links, the respective providers' own privacy policies apply.

Changes to this policy

If Bivio's tools change (for example, if we ever add analytics or a newsletter platform), this page will be updated first — check the date at the top.
